30-DAY CHALLENGE

Attract & Retain Loyal Customers

Businesses in all sectors of the economy were affected by the coronavirus pandemic, and many businesses nationwide lost customers. But customers were resilient, going to businesses that could meet their needs online. If you’ve struggled to attract and retain customers post-pandemic, I’m here to help! My 30-day challenge, Attract & Retain Loyal Customers, is designed to help you examine your current marketing and customer service strategies to find areas for improvement.

What we’ll cover:

  • Examining your customer service and loyalty programs
  • Determining if your website is functional and attractive
  • Developing a strategic technology model to assure your computer and data systems are up to date
  • Creating a strong online marketing presence
  • Developing relationships with customers and businesses that offer complementary products/services

WARNING!

This challenge is for action takers, not procrastinators. We will be moving fast; therefore, you will have to be organized and focused on completing your daily assignments to create successful strategies to draw and retain customers for your business.

This challenge is based on the following philosophy:

“Stop selling. Start helping.” Zig Ziglar

Delivery:

Each week, I will serve as your guide, giving you a series of daily tasks that will lead you through the steps of examining and defining your customer retention strategy. We will communicate throughout the week via email and have a weekly in-person strategy session at the end of each week to review your results. In just thirty days, you will have a customer retention strategy that will improve your business.

How much time do you need to devote to this challenge?

Although it is a 30-day challenge, I understand you may have time constraints. 1-2 hours per day, 5-6 days per week over the next 30 days. You can proceed at your own pace as long as you are consistent and progressive.

“Success is the maximum utilization of the ability that you have.”[1] Stop worrying, and let’s get started!
