30-DAY CHALLENGE

Diagnosing Marketing Issues That Are Killing Your Business

The pandemic had a devastating effect on many businesses. Sadly, many have closed, some survived, and others made it through the fire without a hint of smoke on them. If your business is still running but took a serious hit, I’m here to help. The Diagnosing Marketing Issues 30-Day Challenge I have created will help you examine your current marketing strategy and get back on track, connecting with new and lost customers and re-building brand recognition.

What we’ll cover:

  • Re-examining your target market to make necessary changes
  • Understanding your market segment
  • Re-examining your marketing strategy
  • Surveying your customers about their experience with your business
  • Examining the relationship between your employees and your customers
  • Developing a successful online marketing strategy to increase visibility and promote your brand

WARNING!

This challenge is for action takers, not procrastinators. We will be moving fast; therefore, you will have to be organized and focused on completing your daily assignments to create successful strategies to help turn your business around.

This challenge is based on the following philosophy:

“No matter what, make the customer experience positive and unforgettable.”[1]

Delivery:

Each week, I will serve as your guide, giving you a series of daily tasks that will lead you through the steps of examining and defining your low-cost marketing strategy. We will communicate throughout the week via email and have a weekly in-person strategy session at the end of each week to review your results. In just thirty days, you will have a low-cost marketing strategy to improve sales dramatically.

How much time do you need to devote to this challenge?

Although it is a 30-day challenge, I understand you may have time constraints. 1-2 hours per day, 5-6 days per week over the next 30 days. You can proceed at your own pace as long as you are consistent and progressive. It will require lots of work on your part.

If you want to improve your business, move from fear mode to action mode. Let’s get going NOW!
