30-DAY CHALLENGE

Retaining Employees

“More than 25 million people quit their jobs in the second half of 2021. The so-called ‘Great Resignation’ is in full force. And quitting begets more quitting…”[1]

In 2022, businesses are experiencing the backlash of the 2021 mass exodus from the marketplace. If you are looking for solutions to solve your employee retention problem, I have developed a 30-Day Challenge: Retaining Employees to help you develop a strategic employee retention model.

What we’ll cover:

  • Determine why employees are leaving by performing mock exit interviews
  • Develop a strategic model to retain skilled and talented employees
  • Understand whether you micromanage or lead
  • Create successful hiring and employee orientation strategy
  • Examine management teams’ attitudes toward employees and make necessary changes

WARNING!

This challenge is for action takers, not procrastinators. We will be moving fast; therefore, you will have to be organized and focused on completing your daily assignments to create successful strategies that will help turn your business around.

This challenge is based on the following philosophy:

“Competitiveness is defined as the ability of companies to compete while maintaining or improving the average standard of living. If you are cutting wages to become more competitive, that’s not really more competitive. It’s raising the skill and the efficiency of those workers so that they can support and sustain that higher wage.” – Michael Porter

Delivery:

Each week, I will serve as your guide, giving you a series of daily tasks that will lead you through the steps of examining and defining your employee retention strategy. We will communicate throughout the week via email and have a weekly in-person strategy session at the end of each week to review your results. In just thirty days, you will have an employee retention strategy that will improve employee relations!

How much time do you need to devote to this challenge?

Although it is a 30-day challenge, I understand you may have time constraints. 1-2 hours per day, 5-6 days per week over the next 30 days. You can proceed at your own pace as long as you are consistent and progressive.

You want to keep your employees – here’s your opportunity to do so! Stop worrying, and let’s get started!
