Creating A Lean Business Plan
The most critical part of launching a new business is getting a solid plan in place. If you are a business owner who wants to start your business quickly or plan to regularly change or refine your business plan, I have designed the Lean Business Plan 30-Day Challenge just for you! During this 30-day sprint, I will guide you through the process of planning and research to complete a lean business plan so you can get your plan in place and get busy making money!
What we’ll cover:
- Determining the key partnerships you will need to succeed
- Developing a strong value proposition
- Strategies for building your online presence
- Understanding who your customers are and what they need
- Creating a complete plan for customer interaction from initial marketing to customer aftercare
- Analyzing your cost structure to determine if your business will be profitable

This challenge is for action takers, not procrastinators. We will be moving fast; therefore, you will have to be organized and focused on completing your daily assignments to have a complete plan in thirty days.
This challenge is based on the following philosophy:

Delivery:
Each week, I will serve as your guide, giving you a series of daily tasks that will lead you through the steps of researching and designing your lean business plan. We will communicate throughout the week via email and have a weekly in-person strategy session at the end of each week to review your results. In just thirty days, you will have designed your business plan and be ready to launch your business!
How much time do you need to devote to this challenge?
Although it is a 30-day challenge, I understand you may have time constraints. 1-2 hours per day, 5-6 days per week over the next 30 days. You can proceed at your own pace as long as you are consistent and progressive.
